This property does not have a TV, but now does have reliable internet installed. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, opening onto a generous terrace with lake and mountain views — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The balcony faces the lake so sometimes gets an amazing sunset. A gas fireplace, double glazing, and warm timber finishes create a calm and inviting atmosphere year-round. With space to comfortably host up to six guests comfortably, this home offers boutique alpine living just minutes from the centre of town paired with some very special views.

Adam's proactive communication before our arrival made finding the place and entering it a breeze, and we felt well-prepared. Upon arrival, we found the place a bit messy from previous guests. However, Adam responded immediately, apologized, and arranged for the cleaning team to come. He even offered us another property, but since the town was nearby, we took a stroll. By the time we returned, the place was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine. The home felt like a 5-star hotel with all the coziness of a home. The highlight was the stunning view, with Lake Wanaka and its majestic mountains surrounding us. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets so much that we didn’t even miss the TV! A place that made our memories of our trip to Wanaka even more special. Highly recommend, price is worth every penny.

A beautiful, well presented home. This place is a wonderful well kept secret. Home is very well presented and extremely clean. The views are absolutely amazing. We were worried that the photographs only focused on the good parts of the house and left off the ordinary. That definitely wasn’t the case, everything is just great and it would be impossible to photograph the whole lot.

Overall this is an amazing experience. It has the best view of lake Wanaka and surrounding mountains. Just relax with a glass of wine of coffee in front of the view. The house is very well equipped and you will not miss anything. All the decor and amenities are great - and in great condition. The only item that is normally there and wasn't was the T.V. and we just watched the view instead :-) Internet is super fast - great for uploading photos and syncing. The best we have seen during our travelling in NZ. The bed and its linen are also the best we have experienced in our NZ travel.

The house is fantastic! Brand new, well decorated, fully equipped, and the lake view is stunning. Just a few minutes’ walk to lakeside and town center—perfect location. Our favorite stay of the trip! Huge thanks to host Adam, highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this place. The house is beautiful, and the living room windows open to partial mountain and lake views that look even better than the photos. The space was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, and check-in was super easy. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend when visiting Wanaka.
